Esta suma será pagada, a más tardar en el mes de mayo del año en curso, al Tesorero de la Academia Colombiana de Jurisprudencia, quien rendirá a la Contraloría General de la República la cuenta comprobada de su inversión, como lo dispone el artículo 12 de la Ley 190 de 1936 .
