Apruébase el Acuerdo número 046 de marzo 22 de 1975 emanado de la Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Buenaventura y cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 046 DE 1975 (marzo 22) por el cual se determina la planta de personal de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Buenaventura. La Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Buenaventura, en uso de sus atribuciones legales y estatutarias, ACUERDA:
