La Asamblea se instalará en la misma forma que las Cámaras Legislativas, tendrá los mismos dignatarios, personal de Secretaría y reglamento interno, que el Senado de la República, y se distribuirá en las Comisiones que estime necesarias para la mayor eficacia de sus labores.
