°. El acta de matrimonio podrá extenderse a solicitud de cualquiera persona. En todo caso, no se procederá a la inscripción sino con vista de la copia fidedigna de la respectiva acta de la partida parroquial, en cuanto a los matrimonios católicos, o de la escritura de protocolización de las diligencias judiciales, en el caso de matrimonio civil. Tales copias se archivarán y legajarán en orden sucesivo numérico y cronológico, con anotación de la partida de matrimonio que respaldan. Queda así adicionado y reformado el Artículo 24 del Decreto 1003 de 1939.
