Repealed

RENDICION DE CUENTAS. El liquidador, al término de su gestión y anualmente, a más tardar el 31 de marzo de cada año deberá rendir cuentas comprobadas de su gestión. Para tal efecto presentará:

1. Estados de liquidación, junto con sus notas.

2. Estados financieros básicos, junto con sus notas.

3. Memoria detallada de las actividades realizadas durante el período. Los estados mencionados en este artículo serán certificados por el liquidador, un contador público y el revisor fiscal, si lo hubiere, y se prepararán y presentarán de acuerdo con las normas reglamentarias. Vigente desde: 20/12/1995 y hasta el: 26/12/2006
