º. Para los efectos del presente decreto, se entiende por tecnologías espaciales el conjunto de teorías y técnicas que permiten el aprovechamiento práctico del conocimiento científico sobre el uso y utilización del espacio ultraterrestre y otros cuerpos celestes.
