Artículo séptimo. Los propietarios o administradores de establecimientos sujetos al pago del impuesto Pro-Turismo, quedan obligados a producir una cuenta de cobro por toda cantidad que deban pagar los pasajeros o pensionistas, en talonarios de numeración continua que puedan revisarse con facilidad. Además, deberán llevar un libro foliado de ingresos, que será de antemano registrado sin costo alguno en la respectiva oficina de Hacienda Nacional. En dicho libro se hará anotación de la fecha, número y valor correspondiente a cada cuenta de cobro.
