El Ministerio de Comunicaciones a través de la Dirección de Telecomunicaciones, dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la vigencia de este decreto, ejecutara las acciones correspondientes que permitan el uso eficiente de las bandas atribuidas al servicio móvil marítimo, conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto.
