Art. 4º Delegase al Gobernador de Boyacá la facultad de nombrar la persona que deba desempeñar el destino de Subdirector de la Penitenciaría, así como también la de señalar sus funciones; de todo lo cual el Sr. Gobernador dará cuenta al Gobierno para su aprobación. Comuníquese y publíquese.
