Los funcionarios competentes de la Procuraduría General informarán al Jefe del organismo administrativo o al superior inmediato, según el caso, de las averiguaciones disciplinarias que adelanten en relación con la conducta de empleados bajo su dependencia, a fin de que se abstengan de abrir investigación administrativa por los mismos hechos.
