Decreto 1938 de 1994 · Por el cual se reglamenta el plan de beneficios en el Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud, contenidas en el Acuerdo número 008 de 1994

Listado de actividades, intervenciones y procedimientos. Para garantizar la operatividad del Plan Obligatorio de Salud, se establece el Manual de Actividades, Intervenciones y Procedimientos, que incluye todas las actividades, intervenciones y procedimientos organizados por niveles de complejidad, que permitan cumplir con lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto.

Parágrafo

El Manual de Actividades, Intervenciones y Procedimientos, será revisado como mínimo una vez cada dos (2) años, o cuando a juicio del Ministerio de Salud así lo requiera, bien sea para agregar, modificar o suprimir actividades, intervenciones o procedimientos, para lo que será necesaria la aprobación del Consejo Nacional de Seguridad Social en Salud.
