Seguimiento y control. Las entidades territoriales deberán adoptar mecanismos de seguimiento y control a la prestación de las medidas de atención otorgadas por la autoridad competente, conforme con los lineamientos que para el efecto establezca el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales para prestar la medida de atención a través de la modalidad de casa refugio, deberán adoptar los estándares y lineamientos que para tal efecto emita el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
