Ley 13 de 1911 · Por la cual se ordena la construcción de un muelle en el puerto de Riohacha

Se autoriza al Gobierno para cobrar, por el servicio del muelle, los siguientes derechos: veinte centavos ($ 0-20) oro por cada tonelada de mil (1,000) kilogramos ó un metro cúbico de volumen de carga de importación ó de exportación; diez centavos ($ 0-10) oro por cada canoa ó embarcación menor que atraque al muelle con carga de víveres, y diez centavos ($ 0-10) oro por cada pasajero.

Queda el Gobierno autorizado para rebajar estos precios, cuando lo creyere conveniente.
