º Quienes Pretendan Obtener Más De Tres Derechos Para Explorar Y/O Explotar Yacimientos De Metales Preciosos De Propiedad De La Nación, Deberán Acreditar Su Capacidad Técnica Y Económica A Satisfacción Del Ministerio De Minas Y Energía

º Quienes pretendan obtener más de tres derechos para explorar y/o explotar yacimientos de metales preciosos de propiedad de la Nación, deberán acreditar su capacidad técnica y económica a satisfacción del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de esta obligación los establecimientos públicos, las empresas comerciales e industriales del Estado y las sociedades de economía mixta que tengan una participación oficial mínima del 51% del respectivo capital. CAPITULO II. LICENCIA DE EXPLORACION TECNICA.
