Designación. Desígnese a la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana como entidad encargada de supervisar, controlar y actualizar los procedimientos para lanzamientos y pruebas de vehículos orbitales o suborbitales que sean lanzados sobre el territorio colombiano con la finalidad de que estos no constituyan un riesgo para la seguridad y defensa nacional, la operación aérea y espacial, y la soberanía nacional.
