Presentación del Plan Antievasión. El Plan Antievasión deberá presentarse por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, a más tardar el 1° de noviembre del año anterior a su ejecución.

Dentro del mes siguiente, previa convocatoria por el Ministro será presentado el plan ante la Comisión Nacional Mixta de Gestión Tributaria y Aduanera, para que sus miembros efectúen las observaciones tendientes a su mejoramiento y se emita concepto sobre los ajustes que contribuyan a la debida ejecución.
