LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 77. PRIMA DE RIESGO. El oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacionalque preste sus servicios en los grupos de operaciones especiales y antiexplosivos, tendrá derecho a una prima de riesgo, equivalente al veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico mensual.
