Creación del festival. Créese el Festival de Artes, Culturas, Música y Tradiciones Campesinas del Mundo que se celebrará en el departamento de Boyacá, como un espacio para fortalecer la cooperación y el intercambio cultural entre los y las campesinas del mundo, a través del cual se exalten, conmemoren y reivindiquen las significativas contribuciones del campesinado en la construcción de la identidad e historia de los territorios.
