LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.6.3.31. Base para determinar cuota de aprendices. La cuota de aprendices de que trata el artículo 33 de la Ley 789 de 2002, se determinará con base en el listado elaborado por el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, (SENA), el cual será aprobado por el Consejo Directivo Nacional de dicho Organismo.
