Los ingresos por éste y los demás conceptos contemplados en esta Ley serán destinados al presupuesto de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil. Estos valores se incluirán en su presupuesto adicional para atender el crecimiento de dicho organismo y especialmente por la construcción de edificios donde funcionarán las oficinas electorales de la República. Los anteriores recaudos ingresarán a la Pagaduría de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, previa reglamentación de la Contraloría General de la República.
