Lugar de la exhibición. En todos los casos, el examen de los libros se practicará en las oficinas o establecimientos de comercio del domicilio principal del comerciante. Cuando éste se contraiga a los libros que se lleven para establecer los activos y las obligaciones derivadas de las actividades propias de cada establecimiento de comercio, la exhibición se efectuará en el lugar donde funcione el mismo, si el examen hace relación con las operaciones del establecimiento de comercio.
