Subsidio familiar. Para efectos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 46 del Decreto 1213 de 1990, el interesado formulará por escrito la solicitud correspondiente a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, acompañada de las actas de registro civil de matrimonio o de nacimiento de cada uno de los hijos que cause este derecho.
