Subrogación . El asegurador que pague una indemnización en los términos establecidos en el presente Decreto, se subrogará en los derechos del beneficiario contra el patrono que no cumpla con su obligación de pagarle los salarios y prestaciones sociales y hasta el importe de la indemnización que pague al mismo.
