Acta de las visitas. De las visitas practicadas por la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar a las entidades por ella vigiladas, se levantará acta en la que se especificarán las situaciones investigadas, las constancias que quieran dejarse, y demás pormenores pertinentes de lo realizado. El acta será firmada por quienes hayan intervenido en la visita. Una copia de la misma deberá ser entregada al representante de la entidad visitada.
