El "Banco de la Vivienda" gozará, de las ventajas y privilegios de que disfruta la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, y estará exento del pago de impuestos nacionales, departamentales o municipales, y quedará sometido a la inspección y vigilancia de la Superintendencia Bancaria.
