Art. 1°. El Gobierno procederá a mandar hacer nuevo avalúo del Teatro. accesorias y de los Demás terrenos y edificios expropiados para la construcción de un nuevo Teatro, siempre que los respectivos dueños no se conformen con las indemnizaciones ya acordadas.
