ARTICULO 4.1.7.0.2 . - DEL REGIMEN DE INHABILIDADES E INHABILIDADES. No podrán ser miembros del Consejo Asesor

Los directores, administradores, representantes legales y empleados de las entidades vigiladas mientras conserven tal carácter;

Quienes por sí o por interpuesta persona se encuentren en situación litigiosa con la Superintendencia Bancaria pendiente de decisión judicial, y

Las personas en quienes concurra alguna o algunas de las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades previstas para desempeñar el cargo de Superintendente Bancario.
