Pruebas . El Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia o la entidad territorial que ejercen funciones de vigilancia, inspección y control sobre los organismos comunales, según corresponda, decretará la práctica de pruebas que considere conducentes, o las solicitadas por el investigado, conforme a lo previsto en los artículos 34 y 58 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
