°. Ámbito de aplicación. El presente decreto aplica a los pensionados por vejez, invalidez, sobrevivientes a los que se refiere la Ley 1643 de 2013 y a su grupo familiar, a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, las Administradoras de Fondos de Pensiones, las Administradoras de Riesgos Laborales y demás entidades públicas o privadas que reconocen y pagan pensiones.
