Registro de carrera. La Dirección de Recursos Humanos llevará un registro individual de la situación de cada empleado en la carrera. En las direcciones seccionales se llevarán registros similares, actualizados mediante intercambio de informaciones con la Dirección de Recursos Humanos. Los registros de carrera sólo podrán ser consultados y manejados por los funcionarios expresamente autorizados por los respectivos Directores.
