Dotación Inicial De Vestuario Y Equipo Los Oficiales Y Suboficiales Al Ingresar Al Respectivo Escalafón, Recibirán Además De La Dotación Anual, Por Una Sola Vez Como Dotación Inicial, Los Elementos De Vestuario Estipulados En Los Reglamentos

Dotación inicial de vestuario y equipo Los oficiales y Suboficiales al ingresar al respectivo escalafón, recibirán además de la dotación anual, por una sola vez como dotación inicial, los elementos de vestuario estipulados en los reglamentos. El mismo derecho tendrán los Oficiales y Suboficiales llamados al servicio activo después de haber permanecido más de un año en situación de retiro.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, mediante Resolución fijará la dotación inicial correspondiente.
