Articulo 18. Como de acuerdo con el artículo 7.° de la Ley 111 de 1890 tienen para las partes fuerza obligatoria las decisiones del Tribunal de Comercio, estas revisten el carácter y producen los mismos efectos que las leyes asignan a las sentencias dictadas por los Jueces de derechos.
