º . Para obtener el derecho a devengar la prima de que trata este decreto, el empleado deberá haber prestado de manera continua sus servicios durante el respectivo año. Tendrán derecho al pago proporcional de esta prima quienes hayan prestado sus servicios, de manera continua o discontinua, por un lapso no inferior a seis meses durante el respectivo año.
