Art. 2. º Las atribuciones de dicho Inspector serán : 1.ª Presenciar los trabajos que se ejecuten en dichas minas, con el fin de examinar, si por razon de las operaciones que se hayan practicado o se practiquen hai temores de próximos derrumbamientos u otros accidentes que tapen las minas descubiertas, o que impidan el descubrimiento de nuevas vetas o la esplotacion de las descubiertas. 2.ª Intervenir a su debido tiempo en el recibo de las minas i demas objetos que debe entregar el arrendatario. 3.ª Dar los informes i cumplir los demas deberes que le imponga el Poder Ejecutivo por resoluciones especiales, con relacion al ramo de minas.
