Salvo pacto en contrario, el establecimiento de crédito no podrá terminar el contrato antes del vencimiento del término estipulado.

Si la apertura de crédito es por tiempo indeterminado cada una de las partes podrá terminar el contrato mediante el preaviso pactado o, en su defecto, con uno de quince días.
