° Las agencias de prensa extranjera que funcionen legalmente en el territorio nacional gozarán de protección para garantizar su libertad e independencia profesional, con arreglo a la Constitución Política, las leyes y las normas establecidas en este Decreto. En tal sentido, a las agencias de prensa extranjera se les garantizará la libertad de expresar y difundir su pensamiento y opiniones, la de informar y recibir información veraz e imparcial. En todo caso, las agencias de prensa extranjeras estarán obligadas a garantizar el derecho de rectificación en condiciones de equidad, de conformidad con las normas que desarrollen dicho derecho.
