El inciso 2º del artículo 89 del Decreto 2700 de 1991, quedará así:
" Artículo 89. Competencia por razón de la conexidad y el factor subjetivo . Cuando se trate de conexidad entre hechos punibles de competencia del juez penal de circuito especializado y cualquier otro funcionario judicial, corresponderá el juzgamiento a aquél".
