Para que el portador de una "visa de tránsito" pueda salir de país, con el sobrante de moneda extranjera que haya introducido al mismo, deberá declarar ante el Capitán de puerto la cantidad de moneda extranjera que lleve consigo a su arribo a Colombia, cantidad que se anotará en el pasaporte con la firma del funcionario que reciba la declaración.
