Para el cumplimiento de sus funciones, los Auxiliares de Policía Bachilleres emplearán solo medios autorizados por la Ley o Reglamento y escogerán siempre, entre los eficaces, aquellos que causen menor daño a la integridad de las personas y de sus bienes.
