El comitente está obligado a poner a su comisionista en capacidad de cumplir todas las obligaciones inherentes a su encargo y éste no podrá oponer a la Bolsa o a sus miembros, en las diferencias que surjan al liquidar la operación, excepciones derivadas del incumplimiento del comitente.
