DE LA PERDIDA DEL DERECHO AL PAGO DE CIERTAS PRESTACIONES. No habrá lugar a que el cónyuge sobreviviente reciba suma alguna por concepto de seguro por muerte o cesantía ni a que se sustituya en la pensión de jubilación, invalidez o retiro por vejez del empleado o trabajador fallecido, cuando con anterioridad al deceso se hubiera disuelto la sociedad conyugal por cualquiera de las causales previstas en los numerales 2º, 3º, 4º y 5º, del artículo 1820 del Código Civil. En tales casos se aplicará lo dispuesto en la ley para cuando no hay cónyuge sobreviviente.
