En el primer día de las sesiones ordinarias del mes de noviembre, el Alcalde presentará al Concejo el presupuesto de rentas y gastos para la vigencia próxima. Cada vez que se reúna el Concejo en sesiones ordinarias, el Alcalde presentará al Concejo un informe sobre la marcha del Municipio en el trimestre anterior.
