Concluido el estudio del consejo, su Presidente pedirá a los vocales que, sin comunicarse entre sí, cada uno absuelva el cuestionario propuesto, colocando frente a cada pregunta las palabras “si” o “no”, hecho lo cual deben los vocales firmar, con firma entera el pliego, anotando su grado militar.
