Modificar el numeral 3 del artículo 21 del Decreto Ley 272 de 2000, el cual quedará así: “3. Asesorar al Auditor General en la realización de estudios y análisis necesarios para coadyuvar al diseño e implementación de los indicadores de gestión que permitan evaluar los resultados de las entidades vigiladas y realizar la certificación anual de las contralorías, conforme lo dispone la Constitución y la ley”.
