Incentivo a la reconversión ambiental industrial. Créase el incentivo a la reconversión ambiental industrial, al cual tendrá derecho toda persona natural o jurídica, pública o privada que ejecute proyectos de inversión en reconversión ambiental industrial para la pequeña y mediana industria. Los proyectos deberán corresponder a los términos y condiciones que determine el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.
