S uspensión en el ejercicio del cargo hasta por treinta (30) días sin derecho a remuneración. Cuando un educador que haya sido suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo hasta por quince (15) días, incurra en otra infracción de los deberes o violación de las prohibiciones de que tratan los artículos 44 y 45 del Decreto 2277 de 1979 y el artículo 18 del presente Decreto, se le seguirá el mismo procedimiento establecido en el artículo anterior.
