Pago doble de subsidio familiar. Para hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 86 del Decreto 1212 de 1990, el Oficial o Suboficial de la Policía Nacional deberá informar mediante declaración jurada, rendida ante autoridad competente, si su cónyuge tiene relación laboral con el Ministerio de Defensa, la Policía Nacional o alguna entidad oficial, caso en el cual deberá allegar constancia de que éste no percibe subsidio familiar.
