Artículo primero . El Ministerio de Agricultura procederá a vender, de acuerdo con las disposiciones de este Decreto, los terrenos de propiedad nacional denominados "Theobromina", en el Municipio de Aracataca, Departamento del Magdalena, que la Nación adquirió por traspaso gratuito que le hizo La Magdalena Fruit Company por la escritura número 5412 de 29 de agosto de 1950, otorgada en La Notaría Segunda de Bogotá, alinderado como se expresa en esa escritura.
