Modificase El Parágrafo 2° Del Artículo 121 Del Decreto 2685 De 1999, El Cual Quedará Así: Parágrafo 2°

Decreto 602 de 2013 · por el cual se reglamenta el Sistema Único Nacional de Información y Rastreo (SUNIR), establecido por el Parágrafo 4° del artículo 227 de la Ley 1450 de 2011 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Modificase el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 121 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo 2

Las autorizaciones o vistos buenos de carácter sanitario que se requieran como documento soporte de la declaración de importación anticipada, los registros o licencias de importación que se deriven de estos vistos buenos, así como la certificación de marcación expedida por el SUNIR, física o electrónica, deberán obtenerse previamente a la inspección física o documental o a la determinación de levante automático de las mercancías
