La organización y vigilancia del Servicio Médico Escolar en toda la República, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 5° de la Ley 1ª de 1931, quedará a cargo de la Sección de Protección Infantil y Asistencia Pública del Departamento Nacional de Higiene, que tendrá bajo su cuidado el control general de dicho servicio y el cumplimiento de la presente Resolución. Esta Resolución regirá desde su publicación en el Diario Oficial. Sométase a la aprobación del Poder Ejecutivo. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
